Our talented Year 12 Hospitality students have been busy whipping up a range of vibrant smoothies, delicious shakes, and decadent desserts — all bursting with flavour and creativity! From fruity blends to beautifully plated sweets, their culinary skills are on full display.

Excursion!
Mrs Crudens Year 11 Hospitality students attended an excursion to the Redcliffe Leagues Club on Friday. The students are completing their Responsible Service of Alcohol unit where they are required to responsibly sell, supply and serve alcohol.  

 

The year 11 students learnt how to pour a beer correctly and make mocktails behind the bar. The Manager of the venue took them on a tour where they got to meet some of the Dolphins NRL players which the students were stoked about. They had lunch and also got to line dance with some of the local residents.
