Hospitality Pasta Workshop
My Year 10 Hospitality students are studying Cultural Cuisine this term. This week they are learning about Italy and will be making Carbonara. Mrs Cruden did a 'Pasta Workshop" this morning showing the students how to make pasta from scratch ready for them to using whilst making carbonara.




The students had a great time getting involved in rolling and cutting the pasta and are excited to have fresh pasta to cook with.
